What happened to the picture of RLH?

I noticed that the tribute has been taken down in favor of a UIC logo.  Any word on why?

The photo couldn't last forever as a banner.  But, for now, his initials are still there.

Yes, the picture tribute was temporary and had run its course, but RLH's initials will be a permanent tribute on each banner from here on out.

I was planning to leave my signature tribute to rlh there for as long as seems appropriate. My idea of appropriate stems from the longevity of rlh on the Valpo message boards. It will be there quite a while.
