Volleyball moves to 9-2 in conference after a 3 set sweep of Indiana State
We laid an egg Friday but bounced back Saturday at Murray. We need both matches next week to guarantee the #2 seed and some home court action.
Y'all better show up to the home tourney games for volleyball. Most of you were complaining about missing the home court tourney games
@azvalpo just need one, we hold the tiebreaker over Drake. Home court has already been guaranteed, but the #2 seed would get us a bye to the semifinals.
@azvalpo I’d imagine NIVC was clinched already at least! The 2021 team that went all the way to the NIVC championship was 21-8 in regular season and 3rd in the Valley, and then the next two years had worse records and still made it, so hopefully now we’re just working on extending home court advantage if need be!

They will either play Illinois state or UIC
I was happy to see so many fans supporting the team at a pivotal game. This team has definitely earned everyone’s attention. I hope there are the same number of fans, or more, at the semi-final game. We have the talent to win the MVC now let’s do it.
A nail biter to be sure! Great season…so far! To Padilla’s credit, when we were playing for the NIVA title he arrange a pep rally that put about 1200 in the stands. Let’s hope that happens again.
