Softball

Softball with two wins on Saturday by 1 run in each game, for our second and third wins over Drake all-time.  Now 20-25 (9-13).  Very successful season for Armitage in his first season, regardless of whatever happens from here.  Hopefully he stays after this season lol

Softball season came to an end today—on an incredible series of events. Tied 2-2 Valpo erupted for 3 runs to take a lead that would have won the game and advanced them to the next round. Unfortunately,one of the runners left the bag early and all three runs were erased, only to lose 3-2 in 8 innings.

A great turnaround for a coach hired a little late. Expect big things for this team next year.
