@iyellatgames he was a 5th year senior. So unless he gained some other eligibility he is done with college athletics altogether
@iyellatgames @rezynezy Louth does in fact have one more year of eligibility left. This was his Covid year and he also had one medical redshirt year left due to missing all but two games of the 2022-23 season after having surgery for osteochondritis dissecans in his knee. He entered the portal on April 7, and also did not participate in Senior Day festivities, so he wanted to play this year, but doesn’t look like he is gonna land anywhere.
Not particularly sure how he's on the roster from a roster spot/scholarship angle but we have a new player in the point guard rotation.
@jd24 designated student athlete tag would be my guess. I would assume all of the walk ons were given that tag
Just saw that Indiana transfer Lamar Wilkerson shocked the CBB sphere and made a 6 figure donation to his home school Sam Houston state.
Just goes to show that there are some real gems out there who don't forget where they came from
