Heads up for any radio listeners. The TuneIn app is at it again with its shenanigans. The station is currently playing a loud ear piercing noise. Unsure if it will be fixed before game time

Station is back for me
Here we go! New season!
Block party so far. 3 point shot is the only sore spot
It is kind of crazy to think, we started 4 guys that were 6’7” or taller! Our Center last year was 6’7” tall.

Thought I heard on the broadcast that this is a new school record for total height. I guess this team could steal the "World's Tallest Team" title. The height is working as it seems the size is having an affect on defense.
@rez maybe since we were D1, but the team that we had during WWII was taller.
45-22 Valpo
Although the score is large. The shooting % is very concerning. Team cant shoot right at the basket so far in this one in addition to trouble with the 3. This should be a 50 point game....
According to PO’s X coverage the RBs are 40-16 in our favor and we have 4 blocks, yet we’ve given up 22 points? Are we too casual on defense outside the paint? Our shooting is not impressive either. Much more than SMOTW the last two exhibitions, shouldn’t this be a total annihilation right out of the locker room? These guys lost to SMOTW by 36 last March.
104 Valpo
62 Brescia
Powell might have found yet another FOTY
Well, it was great to be in the ARC watching another season kick off. The shooting was off for sure and turnovers against the lessor opponent was something we need to fix. We have these games partly to work out the jitters and I hope we did that. We have a lot of freshman and guys from lower ranks. This was their first D1 action in front of a crowd. Let’s hope they settle in, improve chemistry, and continue to improve. Justice looked good off the bench and was aggressive against an awful defense, he looked like a returner. Tucker played better and has a lot of hustle, loved the effort. Carter is not near as polished offensively, he may just need more time. Shon didn’t do anything scoring wise but is going to be a good defender and rebounder. JT looks like a contributor right away and I like the way he plays, his basketball IQ and awareness looked good. I’m a bit concerned about interior scoring against the MVC team, but the way the game has evolved that may work out if the shots start falling from the outside, I don’t no. Brody must have had an off night, his stroke looks great but nothing was falling. I’m happy to watch live basketball even if the level of competition makes it hard to get a good assessment. It’s the first game with a lot of questions left to be answered but proud to support the team.
