By KreitzerSTL, 5 seconds ago

Not that surprising, given that Fites was a VALPO alumnus before he worked at Caterpillar.

What surprising is that a former CAT CEO is donating to other schools

It seems (gratefully) like Valpo is not getting a TP chapter, but state media seems intent on picking at the scab: In other words: snowflake has feelings hurt, film at 11.

CAT is headquartered in Peoria … not that surprising.
RE: Enrollment

By KreitzerSTL, 1 hour ago

Probably worth noting that those numbers are the result of a failing and outgoing admissions VP, who has been replaced. Eager to see what numbers the new enrollment boss can put up.

Good news is that this lot can challenge for the tournament win. They have that ability.   Bad news is they can let anyone they play hang around long enough to win a game that Valpo should win. T...

By VUIndiana, 7 hours ago

This is not a happy metric, but I was looking at the uni's enrollment data and just wanted to note that VU's undergrad enrollment (for the first time, I think) fell under 2,000 this Spring 2026: 1,943...

I also go with Jaquan Johnson... his defense is a tie breaker... and honestly without lungdblade Belmont is still a tremendous offensive team- Bradley would be diminished without Johnson

I have only watched tidbits all year on ESPN streaming. They seem to have decent depth. They took Belmont to the wire and don't seem to have been overmatched by any teams. Could be interesting.
Arch Madness has arrived

By Bryan F., 1 day ago

Well, Arch Madness has finally arrived. As we all know by now, Valpo is the 7 seed and will take on Indiana State on Thursday. If they win, they’ll advance to face Bradley. The good news is th...
