This is a turn-around like Davidson’s, but at PC, it took 3 years. I earnestly hope Waddle can do the same.

Definitely newer. 5,000 capacity v. 6,500. No doubt it’s very nice. But this is a IMO thing, so I will go with the visuals of PC’s setting as #1 with Davidson 1a.
They have a couple of really high level FCS offensive players. Fordham appears to be very overrated. They either have Saint Thomas NIL rolling in or mid 2010s Jacksonville / San Diego level money. Or their coach is a legitimately awesome CFB coach and will be leaving the PFL shortly
South Carolina requires all NIL to be publically disclosed, but I cannot find info on PC specifically. It was my understanding that the PFL will allow NIL, but not rev share
