I don't want an up and coming assistant with no head coaching experience. I would rather have a proven head coach at the tail end of his career who has already made his millions and has something to prove or for the love of coaching. Valpo will need a coach with strong faith which Bruce Webber has. His is a Gene Keady protege so knows the state of Indiana. Was a head coach at Southern Illinois so knows the MVC. Was successful at both Illinois and Kansas State.
