I'd bet just about the same amount of fans showed up to these games as would have had the prices been less.

Exactly Valpo just doesn't have that many loyal fans such as all the other mid majors (St. Louis, VCU, Butler etc.) And saying not as many people live around VU as those other schools simply cant be an excuse. 800K+ live in Northwest Indiana and 30K+ live in Valpo alone. We live in an area filled with bandwagoners that only come to games when we are playing well or when we are ESPN. We could easily have 10,000 people plus every game if people we loyal enough or if we Marketed VU games all over Northwest Indiana. Every city not just Valpo Merrillville and Hammond.

I thought Green Bay was the real deal but im not so sure anymore. My honest opinion now after seeing them going to OT with Milwaukee and barely hanging to UIC because of UIC's stupid mistakes is that they are overrated also that any team can win on any given day. If we shut down Sykes or Brown we will win the game. The Horizon League is stacked from top to bottom. Go Valpo!

Okay Carter will be the best player on the team. Maybe hes not right now but he will be, He is basically a freshman who hasn't played in over a year. He has barely any experience with 6 games? Give him time. HE NEEDS PATIENCE! I didn't see you guys complaining when he had a 8 point 5 ast 3 reb game last night. Everyone has bad games.

Really hoping Alec doesn't decide to transfer before his college career is over, because he's gonna be a hell of a play his next 3 years.

I don't think we will be able to beat Green Bay this year though, even with Keith Carter.

You cant tell me we cant win this league. This team fights to the very end, no matter the deficit. I think we are gonna have something special here in Valpo in the next few years.

Not a fan of bobby in the paint or really at all besides when he shoots the 3. I think he makes WAY too many mistakes for a senior. Refs were absolute  . Announcers were obviously rooting for Illinois. And we just couldn't finish at the rack. Rebounding killed us more than free throws in my opinion.

Is Illinois that good that it is a for sure loss? Our guys are playing well right now .Lots of new players in the mix, and different ones stepping up in situations when needed. Freshman are playing extremely well for freshman.. Almost "Kentucky" like  My guess is it will be a good game!

Try to get my friends to come to some games. Apparently they are too "cool" for D2 valpo which they aren't even close to being. I find these things funny

Have you all even seen erik shoot lately? jw because he looks like a total beast. Drills or not he couldve never done that at valpo. He certainly has improved his vertical since hes left. Im just amazed how much hate you all are giving him and havent even seen him shoot.  Do me a favor and just check out his instagram videos.

Valpo might as well start fresh....The ARC will be a pretty big mess to clean up.
