An article on YSU and Jim Tressel's plans to heighten the reputation of that university. They have had extreme budgetary issues and needed to be on an austerity kick. For those who have heard my reviews of it before, it is a typical MAC level older gymnasium with chairbacks on lower level, benches on all four sides. It is similar to Kent and Akron's JAR. Universities are facing severe challenges, including enrollment, competition from alternative learning models, tightening state education budgets, etc.
