It's kind of like the punishment for Ohio State's rules violations.  Making players sit out the first few games of a season against terrible opposition so they are not really affected.

Uh-oh! That must be a problem for him. If it happened here then a good Los Angeles DUI attorney would have saved him. My uncle's licence was saved because of him only. He drove back home from the party when he was two drinks down.
