Sounds like a good hire.  Speaking of Supply Chain, I'll never forget my Supply Chain professor at TCU (MBA program), who mentioned in the first class that if anyone there was in HR (me), you should switch over to Supply Chain, and join a real career path.  I always found that such a brazen thing to say, before even knowing who was in your professional MBA class lol.
