The last original Mid Con school has left the Summit. Smart move in my eyes.

Agreed.  This gets them to a more regionalized conference, as the footprint of the Summit League has moved to the Great Plains.  It also gets all of its sports, including Football, into the same conference.

They will save money in a more geographically sensible conference and be in a conference that will make them more competitive in all sports. I'm thrilled for them for making this move because it's long overdue.
