Now do recruiting pre cell phone post cell phone.  VERY different environment . You cannot compare.

I know KenPom kinda corrects for this but in the interest of fairness it should be noted that Matt faces on the whole much stiffer competition night in night out than Bryce did. I don't question the thesis that Bryce is the better coach and I believe we would be much better now if he had stayed to guide us through our transition to the MVC but we can't deny that the MVC was a huge step up.
