It appears that the MVC will be moving to a schedule similar to some other conferences. Schools will face one another in a two-game series on back-to-back days at the same site. Each institution will play four road series and four home series and will also face their designated travel partner in a single-game, home-and-home series.

I am not surprised that they made this move. It reduces travel, savings money and increasing safety.

Being that Drake and UNI are designated travel partners, I'd suppose our travel partner will be Loyola. After that it makes sense to me, the other travel partners would be Bradley/Ill State, Evansville/Ind State thus leaving MSU and SIU to complete the pairings.

Are all travel partners playing a home-and-home against each other?

It does look like it which breaks things up a little.  I like playing Loyola in January then not seeing them until mid February.  There are also two weekends with no games scheduled, one in January and one in February for potential make up games.
