That's an excellent question. Does the grad-transfer rules apply to Canada? Since they are outside the NCAA (all except Simon Fraser U in British Columbia a few years back) those players must be treated much as the Europeans. As long as they haven't spent too much time playing with or against pros the Canadian transfers can come straight to the NCAA. That is an assumption.
