OK, I looked up half-heartedly and it looks like November 2012 when we received 3 votes according to this:

That's pretty cool, unexpected. Surprised GB didn't receive any votes, especially after beating Miami but I guess their losses are worse than our 2.
Also, Buck Futler is receiving one more vote than us now. TCU is #25, with an absolutely piss poor schedule that has them 11-0.

In case you are curious, the vote in the AP Top 25 for Valpo last week was cast by John Feinstein. This week he switched his vote from Valpo to Army.
