5 Year Athletic Strategic Plan

A while back, it was noted on the Fan Forum that MLB was interviewed somewhere and discussed the Valpo Athletic Department 5 Year Strategic Plan.  Since then no details have surfaced.  Does anyone have any more information?  It would be nice to understand where the Athletic Department will be by 2018.
