Panther players are starting to make their way onto the transfer wire. This could eliminate them as a legitimate contender for quite some time. It is pretty sad things came to this and will be bad for the league.

I hear a really smart guy wrote that piece  ;)
Not if he left Carter off the second team!   :)

I sure hope he makes it!  There were a lot of tough choices looking over some of the stats.  It could go a lot of different directions in my opinion.

If anyone is coming to the game, you can get discounted tickets (for all WSU games actually) by going to wsuraidertix.com and using the promo code REACH16.  Gets you $4 off "non-premium" seats, which I believe are rows 13 and up on the sidelines.

Iona plays at Rhode Island as well.  Could a season tipoff marathon game count in an exempt tourney as well?

What ever happened with the conference challenge that was floated by Gary Waters and others?  Is that still a possibility for this season?

Pacific (or at least the one in the WCC) is in Stockton, CA.  Doesn't change the arguments at all, just wanted to put that out there.

The ticket office is making availability errors. I bought a second row ticket online last night that I'm getting screwed out of. They emailed me this afternoon saying they need to relocate me due to an error on their end. Ended up getting a free upgrade to a center court chairback.

Same thing happened to us for the semi-finals and tomorrow. Worked out because we got chairbacks out of it. But seems like we need a better ticketing system.

we now have 80% of the student section there here and active...i'm guessing the 5th was like kerrywoodwins20.

I was there...for the second half. So does that leave a half a person still?

I also think it would be depressing to have to go to Alaska just to get a rematch with Loyola (besides it being depressing just to be in Alaska).

Who wouldn't want to play in Alaska!?

But that Miami (OH) tournament would be ideal so I could actually be there...

I was able to watch the UIC game on ThisTV in Dayton (channel 45.2). I also got the Oakland-YSU game. the following day. However, the WSU-GB game last night was not on, so they must blackout local markets.
