This coronavirus could actually render Trump's trade agreement with China impractical for the foreseeable future. The Chinese simply may not have the capacity to make the large purchases they promised in the trade agreement which I would agree helped in getting things back that Trump dumped in the toilet.

I do not think that you can take any data given by the Chinese government as accurate. It is very likely to be self-serving. While I do not know whether bbts' post about new cases is true or not, I have friends from the Wuhan area (who have lots of family and friends that live there) and they have been very clear that the Chinese government has mishandled this and constantly miscommunicates so that they (the government) look good.

I remember thinking how mean spirited it was of you to recently repost several of Just Say'in's early coronavirus posts, slamming him for understating the gravity of the situation. As your post above praising China reveals, from time to time we all rush to judgement before we have all the facts.

It is so obvious that China has under-reported their cases and deaths over the last few months.  I wonder if the real figures will ever come out...
