Undefeated...no win by less then 9 points 💪
we need to go 9-0 to have a good seed but we have a bad loss :(
9-0. No let down at this point in the season, we got our bad loss out of the way.
6 of these are on the road. As we saw yesterday, if a team gets hot (really hot) from 3-point range they can make a run.
This is our 3rd straight year at 18-4.
Last year, we finished regular season at 25-5, the one loss to Wright State at home
Two years ago, we finished the regular season at 25-5, the one loss to Detroit 63-60 at Calihan
Three years ago, we were at 12-10 after 22 games, we finished at 17-14, losing to Detroit at home, Green Bay on the road, Wright State on the road and Cleveland State at home
Four years ago, we ere 16-6 after 22 games, we finished at 24-7, the one loss to Detroit 84-74 at home.
No prediction-- but we play the entire top half of the conference on the road during our final nine games. All but one of these teams (Green Bay) played us very tough at home.

We need to play each game like it is a tournament game - play the full 40! No slowing down!
9-0, baby!
9-0 is possible, but Valpo is going to be the opponents' 'big game' six times in February. My prediction is that Valpo plays winning basketball, but will have one game in which an opponent will get them when they are not at their best. 8-1.
Even if we get Jubril back it will be very difficult to avoid 2 more losses. With 2 or 3 losses being possible my biggest concern continues to be developing the freshmen for the "real season" which starts in March at JLA. 7-2
We win 1/2 of road games, all remaining home games. 6 and 3. I hope I am wrong. Please Crusaders make me wrong and happy. So hard to win on road in any conference. Wonder what road team winning % in HL is this season?
Just not sure we will see GB, WSU, NKU shoot that badly again, especially 3-pts.
Our opponents have shot a really poor percentage from the 3 point line over this winning streak.
If the reason for the poor 3 point shooting is due to the fact that Valpo is by far the biggest/strongest (physical stature across the board) team in the HL and they have tired legs from having to work so hard on both ends to defend and get open:
9-0
If the reason for the poor 3 point shooting is luck and us having a lot of home games early:
6-3
If the answer somewhere in-between:
7-2 or 8-1

I don't even remember why I would have wrote that back in February.
