They aren't easy to find and the current RSS page seems to be blank.

Yep, I found that one but I wanted one solely for hoops.
Hopefully with you guys joining us in the Valley, they get your site converted over to Sidearm like the rest of the league uses.

Is Sidearm redoing the MVC site at http://mvc-sports.com/ (http://mvc-sports.com/)? I would assume that they are changing things because it is extremely basic right now and completely useless unless you want to just read some news on the MVC schools.
The MVC site has always been pretty basic to be honest. The reason I was looking for your hoops feed is I've actually been working on a MVC aggregator site.

I was able to find the Valpo hoops feed by visiting another Streamline site. I've added it to MVCTalk now.
If you guys know of any important Valpo links I'm missing in the sidebar, let me know. Trying to make it as comprehensive as possible.
