Seems like the topic of who should start and who needs more PT comes up often. Usually within a game thread... I have some thoughts but i would really like to hear others thoughts...
Rossi:
He definitely looked good offensively. Had a bunch of assists and his shooting was as advertised. I do not have the basketball experience that some have but i thought he had some difficulty on defense. I felt like sometimes he was out of position. Again, not questioning his shooting - if you can find him open you have a descent chance of getting a bucket.
any other opinions? Am i crazy?
Kenney:
Such a spark off the bench.... Still gets starter minutes. I really like his role and i always thought it was unimportant who started. The topic of him starting comes up often. I guess i would not change much for him because he does so well in his "spark" role.
So, again am I crazy? What are your opinions?
In the last couple games i think Dority and Capo needed more minutes (JK).

I think Bobby has earned a spot in the starting line-up. My starting line-up (back up) : Erik (LaVonte), Will (Jordan or Ben), Ryan (Ben or Jordan), Bobby (Matt), Kevin (Vashil), with Alex as a spot sub. Of course, there could be plenty of mix and match combinations as well as adjustments based upon team match ups, and I think Matt should be spread around with his versatility so that he gets starter's minutes.
Here are my Playing time observations so far:
- If Alex Rossi isn't getting minutes now, then he certainly won't be getting minutes once Capo and Dority are back.
- As for right now, I am surprised that Coleman is getting so many minutes. I thought he would have been the "odd man out" of the rotation, not Rossi.
- It is likely that Kevin's minutes will go down when Bobby comes back, and Vashil's minutes will also be taken by Bobby.
- Will Bogan is currently playing 29 MPG (a lot of them at point guard), so I expect his PT to go down when Dority is eligible.
- If Kenney keeps playing well, he could start chipping away at Ben Boggs' minutes.
- Rowdy will continue to play 32-33 MPG this season
