Did Fox Sports create the Catholic-7?

So, an ESPN report is taking shots at FOX Sports for alledgedly encouraging the Catholic 7 to make a decision based on big $?  Big Monday, the 24 Hour Marathon, Rivalry Week and BracketBusters think ESPN is being a tad bit hypocritical.
