Valpo is not at the bottom at the Sagarin Ratings as they moved up to 251, over Davidson who is 252.
In my deranged mind I would love to see a College Game Day at Brown Field with these 2 teams. Imagine the 50 to 100 fans freezing in the backdrop.
This is Davidson's second year under Coach Paul Nichols. They won their first game against College of Faith (no campus, no field, first year) 56-0 and have lost 6 in a row. They've given up 35, 52, 40, 56, 54 and 51 points in those losses. They took Dayton to 5 OTs before losing and played Morehead close losing by only 8, but, overall, I like the overall improvement our squad has shown in their first 6 games under Cecchini, despite the setbacks, disappointments and miscues, right now over the development, or lack thereof, at Davidson over 18 games. We deserve to be 251!
