The uniform colors are actually gray and brown even though the colors look a bit different in the photos, leading to confusion with that tweet! Fear not, we have not added navy blue to the mix!
I was thinking we were playing the US Naval Academy in basketball until I realized in the Covid era that doesn't make any sense unless the Midshipmen were playing at Notre Dame, Purdue or somewhere in Chicago on a road trip. But that kind of road trip doesn't make any sense either for the crew from Annapolis. Especially since Maryland governor Hogan just announced more restrictions and closures for Maryland businesses.
