Crazy Man.
While I agree with most of the 20 careers that could be changed with AI, Recruiting will not go away. The daily operational side will be augmented with AI tools, but not the ability to provide the more human side to the process and experience. If anything, it is Recruiting Coordinator that would be in jeopardy. One career that should be added is Software Engineer, as that role will change dramatically over time, if AI is able to write code. You would basically just need a bare bones crew of SEs to quality check anything that the AI produces, versus large teams of low to high level Software folks.
