There is quite a bit of construction still going on in downtown Indy due to preparations for the Super Bowl on Feb. 5th.
You can park on the top floor of the Conseco parking garage (next door to the Fieldhouse on the east side of Delaware Street) for $2.00 if you ask for the top floor when you pay as you enter the parking garage.
Monument Circle is decorated up for Christmas this time of year and just recently the lady figure on top of the monument, Lady Victory or Lady Liberty, was taken down and cleaned up for the first time since the monument was dedicated in 1902. Here's a recent picture of the monument without the "lady" on top.
