This is just as intersting news as playing a FBS game.  Lot of news coming out of the football program!  Should be interesting how this plays out after playing NMS. You have to believe there will at least be some conversations about going back to Ohio where Fox was the main recruiter for the state.

VU72 very well said.  Down the field......big play right before the half if the qb has just a half second they are down inside the five or score.   Also, the attitude by the coaches and team of not just showing up for a pay day ass whooping was relevant.  They were there too win the game.  Very proud of both the team and coaches performance.  Its been crickets from the naysayer(s).   Well done men!

Just read article.....in article said Dayton beat Marist...am i amongst the living?....but i thought Marist won the game?  Anyways I totally agree with the bulletin board material as long as Coach Fox is at Valpo.  Also if you go back and look at the past 4 season of Dayton football they are barely above .500(22-18).  I would hardly say you expect to win....looks and sounds more like mediocrity to me.  This should be a huge motivation for Coach Fox moving forward after he gave Chambelin 11 years.  Sounds like Chamberlin had a huge melt down losing to a former assistant.

Valpofb16 thank you for always providing great insight and accurate information.  Very helpful to us who aren't able to spend time we would like staying in touch with the football program.  However I did see a couple other comments about new coach being off to a disappointing start?  Looks like the info was indeed correct as the coach stated is in fact the co-defensive coordinator and we all know Coach Fox will have his hands all over defesne anyways.  Also, all other remaining staffers are usually told by day 2 if they are going to remain, get an interview or be let go.  Also the PASS, PASS, PASS offense of the Edinboro offense.  Looking at their team statistics over past two years:

2018: Pass-2275  Rush-2047

2017: Pass-2648  Rush-2048

Seems like an excellent balance between pass and run!!! I,d take that!  We can all have our own opinions but let's keep it all accurate here please....thanks again Valpofb16 for keeping us all up to date much appreciated.
