After guessing the Butler score perfectly at 42-14, and guessing the Valpo score exactly but just missing the San Diego total by one touchdown,

Kudos, although it's not nearly as hard to predict Valpo scores lately ;-)

An excellent job none the less!

Down 21-0 with 4:26 to go in the first. Drake 2-for-2 on offensive drives and a "pick six"... ouch

Listening to the Drake game right now. Sad and embarrassing. 28-0, still 3:09 first quarter.
Now 35-0 at end of 1st quarter. Maybe the guys can run for the bus during halftime. Drake could go to 100 if they so choose.

Pathetic and to top it off Marist leads Butler 21-3. Campbell and Dayton are also winning. Davidson will be our best shot, but it is a home game for them. 0-11 for the second year in a row. DROP FOOTBALL >:(

KL31NY

Multiple dropped passes, turnovers on 3 straight offensive plays, 35 point deficit early in the second... at this point, this game couldn't be much worse for valpo

I'm sure nobody was thinking 44-0---------AT HALF!!!

I'll guarantee the final score for Drake will be higher than 64.

Final: 50-0 Drake. First shutout loss of the year and first time held under 13. Don't believe we got inside the 30. As Todd Ickow alluded on the broadcast, a Murphy's Law game where everything seemed to go wrong for Valpo.

Summary of Carlson's quotes: Did not play like disciplined team, especially with receiver drops; True freshman Ben Lehman needed game reps for hard work in practice; Still shuffling to find consistency, especially at quarterback with no one guaranteed to start next week.

50-0 final.  With no scoring in the fourth quarter.  Presumably Drake was not playing their starters (how long is the bench?).

Indeed.  Did get _to_ the 30 once.

Drake broke the rules and didn't even try in the 4th quarter. In reality that isn't giving the Valpo offense much respect at all. Okay, I admit I shouldn't make those kind of predictions in a lopsided game.
