Cameron also looks to have explosive speed.

Raw. Has movements of a TE more than WR. Rounded routes. Can't teach 6'4" who can catch a bit.

Would add to that, based on a short look at film, that he does not have a quick twitch muscle structure and will have trouble developing into a receiver who can break off a route sharply. But if he can go up and get 'em over 5'9'' DBs, he's welcome in my book.

Exactly.

I wonder what a guy such as Ross Dwelley looked like coming out of HS. I wouldn't be surprised if it was very much like this chap.

Played both ways - Nose on D pretty much and what appears to be Strong Side Tackle on O (he flipped to either side of the center depending on the play being called).  Wonder how the staff sees his role - O or D?  Had visits to Army and Ball State that I could see on his Twitter account.

At 6'1 210#  with very good speed and strength, I wonder where he will play.  We seem to be getting bigger and faster kids.  Apple Valley is a very solid big school program in Minnesota.

Not just good speed. Excellent speed coupled with a quick read and a great nose for the football. He played LB but some shots showed him defending deep as well. He could be a find. Great motor.

And he is a music major. Wow.

I think you are on to something  ;D

Ya think winning helps with that?

I see WILL in this player's future.

It's much easier to sell playing football at a winning program :)

Do we plan to make this guy a TE?  210 to what we need for an OL is quite a stretch even at 6-5.

2 New commits

Kellan Mceag and Liam O'Connell,

Kellan is 6'1 210 and fast. JD24 is spot on i believe he will be a WILL backer in the future.

Liam O'Connell 6'4 215 looks like an edge rusher. More immediate potential rush with frame to become a full time defensive end

Notes: The effort to get faster up front is obvious. Last year's class was heavy on interior defensive lineman this year is more edge rushers.

Elijah is 5-9, 160 CB/WR. Runs a 4.5 40 and has a 33.4 vertical.  Also played basketball.

Ft. Mitchell, KY  is about a 30 minute drive south of Cincinnati.

It's an offer at this point. Not a commit.

That was my thought as well. Essentially, if he can catch, maybe he's a TE. However the WR who committed the other day also appears to have more TE tendencies. Maybe we'll line up with 5 eligible TEs  ;D
