Looks like we’ve got a new coach — a Valpo Bowling grad with some good head coaching creds.
How do you coach bowling? I don think wind sprints, or weights come into play. But overall fitness must be a component. It’s gotta be reps, reps and more reps with subtle adjustments to technique, right?
