Being the last tournament of the regular season, this tournament is televised on the Golf Channel. Coverage is later afternoon for the leaders, so unless Caleb does something special tomorrow to move up on the leaderboard, he likely won’t get screen time.
Caleb enters the final round in a tie for 20th. He playing partners are both ahead of him in the kft points list.

Golf Channel had Caleb playing he started the day 3 below the cut but currently is 1 to the good with 4 to play. Currently projected to drop from 19 to 26. Needs to make this cut!!
Shoots 5 under, makes the cut by 2. Needs a big weekend!
I think was impressive about his round today is that he climbed 63 places to make the cut by one. He was the only golfer that started the day at even par or worse to make the cut. He will have an early tee time tomorrow, which hopefully will allow to post a low score tomorrow to move up the leader board. By the end of the weekend he may need a top 25 finish or better just to hold his position.
He got some good TV time and positive commentary!!
Caleb finished in a tie for 35th place dropped from 19th to 22nd in the kft standings. Ortiz, who was just behind hin before the event won and moved up to 5th in the standings and has now punched his ticket for a pga card. As the say he is tour bound. I’m afraid that without a top 5 finish in one of these last 3 finals events, he will not punch his ticket for pga card.
